H Pylori Test KitUsage: Step 1: . Remove the alcohol pad and wipe your fingers with it. Step 2: Remove and discard the lancet protective cap and activate the lancet by pressing it against the puncture site. Do not remove the device until you hear a click. Step 3: Collect approximately 1-2 drops of blood with a pipette and place it into the test card labeled “S”. Step 4: Rotate or cut the cap of the test diluent pipette and add 3 drops of sample buffer to the sample well labeled “S” and observe the test result immediately within 10-15 minutes. results are invalid after 20 minutes.Interpretation of results: Positive: two distinct red lines in both the control (C) and test (T) areas and a positive test result indicating the presence of H. pylori antibodies in the sample. Negative: if only the control area (C) shows a red line the test result is negative indicating that H. pylori antibodies were not detected in the sample.
